Job Description and Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales and Client Relationship Manager to join our esteemed lifestyle show, Good Morning Texas. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering positive relationships with advertisers and internal teams, driving revenue growth, and ensuring seamless execution of sponsored segments.
Responsibilities
•    Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with Account Executives (AEs), clients, and Good Morning Texas (GMT) staff to facilitate effective collaboration and maximize client satisfaction.
•    Proactively identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and sponsorships, with tailored offerings to meet client needs and achieve revenue targets.
•    Drive the development and execution of creative content solutions and client integrations, leveraging innovative approaches to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility.
•    Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the planning and execution of sponsored segments, events, and out-of-market projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and GMT's brand identity.
•    Take a proactive approach to task completion and communication, ensuring that clients are engaged and informed well in advance of deadlines and deliverables.
•    Diversify the client portfolio by exploring opportunities across various sectors and industries, contributing to revenue stability and content diversity.
•    Engage in continuous dialogue with leadership to identify areas for growth, innovation, and improvement, driving the evolution of the sales and client relationship strategy.

Requirements
•    Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, or marketing coordination, preferably within the broadcasting or media industry.
•    Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
•    Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate complex projects and client integrations effectively.
•    Proactive mindset with excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of providing clear direction and managing client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
•    Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement, with a keen interest in market trends and industry development.
•    Travel: Rarely: less than 10%
•    Work Environment Set: Office: normally performed in a typical interior/office environment
•    Physical Demands Set: Sedentary work: Involves sitting most of the time; walking, lifting, bending, standing, etc.
