Job Description

KAMR Local 4 News in Amarillo, Texas, has an opening for a main evening co-anchor. At least three years reporting experience and at least one year of regularly scheduled anchoring experience required. The successful candidate will anchor multiple weekday evening newscasts, fill-in produce, and report on occasion. You must be a credible anchor with a good personality on air. You also must be smart, reliable, have a great attitude, and be a team player. You must have good digital and social media skills. Community involvement is very much required.
