The critically acclaimed solar powered community love story that is Sun Radio is seeking an experienced Program Director steeped in local radio audience engagement and growth.  The primary job is to substantially grow the audience without losing TSL in the subjective format that is AAA.  The Sun Radio program director is a coveted position and an active position.  We’re looking for an inquisitive professional anchored in fact and experience with AAA and Non-Commercial Radio.  This is not a leave everything the same job but certainly not a wholesale change job either.   Can you help the Sales department?  Manage live music events?  You know marketing and Social Media mastery? Run a board?  Pull a shift?  Develop a marketing plan? Hire and coach talent?  You will never ask anyone to do anything you can’t do?  You know how to blend music by ear, but you use facts too in your choices.  You can hire and lead existing live presenters to take us to the next level.  A great knowledge as to today’s successful radio structures where everyone does more for the team and mission (we face the Public we serve 24/7) would be a great bonus.  Recharge Media is an Equal Opportunity Employer
