KTEN-TV has an immediate opening for a full-time Business Manager. The successful candidate will be reliable and possess strong time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee time cards/payroll
- Manage Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
- Co-op scripts
- Serve as HR liaison
- On-board new employees
- Answer phones in a professional manner
- Maintain excellent customer service relations
- Record-keeping
- Various sales support duties
Requirements:
- Efficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with Wide Orbit Traffic system a plus.
- Detail oriented and able to multitask
- Able to maintain and protect confidential information
- Must be highly motivated with excellent organizational skills.
