WHY: Interviews are available with patients like Roberto, who are currently receiving treatment at St. Jude, and who will share their moving stories with listeners. St. Jude has treated children from all 50 states, Puerto Rico and around the world. Thanks to events such as the Promesa y Esperanza Radiothon, St. Jude is able to offer families like Robertos world class treatment, housing, food and transportation at no cost.
During the last 50 years, St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital has changed the way the world treats childhood cancer and other deadly diseases. Thanks to the supporters, one child saved at St. Jude means thousands more saved around the globe. Thats because St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital freely shares what we discover with everyone in the medical community. They are a national hospital with a global mission. As St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital enters a new chapter in its history, join them as they advance treatments and care that will one day cure childhood cancer and other deadly diseases.
