State Health Dept. Outlines Health Protocols for Texas Businesses

As employees begin to gradually move back into their offices and places of employment, they are most likely to feel uneasy and reluctant to return to work. 

It is the employer’s responsibility to follow all health protocols and provide a plan of action for the safety and well-being of their employees, vendors and customers before returning to work.

Texas Health Commissioner, John Hellerstedt, M.D., has released health protocols provided by the Texas Department of State Health Services for all employers to follow in order to operate Texas businesses.

It is also recommended to continue to carefully observe the developments regarding the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on your personal business.   Employers must also be mindful of federal and state employment laws and workplace safety standards.
