Incumbent U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Houston, will debate U.S. Rep. Beto O’Rourke, D-El Paso, in the first of three planned debates on Friday, Sept. 21 at 6pm.

The event will take place on the Southern Methodist University campus in Dallas.

The 60-minute debate will be produced and broadcast live by KXAS-TV (NBC) and KXTX-TV (Telemundo) in the Dallas-Fort Worth television market.  Both stations are owned by NBC Universal.

These two stations are graciously making a feed of the debate available free of charge to Texas radio and TV stations with certain market restrictions as noted in the feed advisory.

The Texas Association of Broadcasters is assisting KXAS and KXTX by distributing TV and radio feed information for the event.
