New National Guard creative available in full HD

For the first time, NCSA television spots for the Texas National Guard are available in 16 X 9 full high-definition format.

Ten announcements, covering state disasters such as wildfires, floods and storm damage, are available in English and Spanish and in a variety of lengths.

Spots have been encoded into ProRes 4:2:2 Quick Time files and placed on a DVD which can be mailed to stations that will air the full HD format.
