Five Texas Broadcasters to Receive TAB’s Highest Honors

Texas Radio and Television Broadcasters will celebrate the contributions of five extraordinary industry leaders at TAB’s Annual Awards Gala, the closing event of the TAB Show Aug. 2-3 at the JW Marriott in Downtown Austin.

The honorees were selected from nominations submitted by TAB members across the state this past spring, representing markets from the Panhandle to East Texas and two of the state’s largest metros.

“The 2023 recipients of Texas broadcasting’s highest honors have dedicated their lives to strengthening communities through the power of broadcasting, fostering innovation and creativity in the industry, and advancing opportunities for the next generation of broadcasters,” said TAB President Oscar Rodriguez.
