FCC pushes back Ownership Report deadline to Dec. 2

The FCC announced it is extending the deadline to file 2013 station ownership reports, Form 323, to Dec. 2.

The biennial report had been due in early November.

Form 323 must be filed by all commercial full-power AM, FM, TV, and LPTV stations (including Class A stations), as well as any entities that happen to have attributable interests in any such stations. 

Form 323 must reflect the reporting entity’s information as of Oct. 1, 2013.
