Year’s end is a good time to plan key FCC filings and maintenance

Broadcasters can take comfort tonight knowing that no creature is stirring in the House, but the FCC is another matter entirely.  

Stations’ quarterly program reports are due Jan. 10, as are TV stations’ KidVid reports. 

Class A TV stations especially need to be careful with those quarterly reports, and this time of year may be a good time for AM stations to make those mandated equipment performance measures (due every 14 months).
