Workplace Harassment Focus of New Webinar Offering

- New staff hiring/assessment tool also on tap

Responding to heightened awareness of sexual harassment in the workplace, TAB introduced in January a new 80-minute training module through our free 24/7 online P1 Learning service which is intended to help station managers and employees alike avert inappropriate behavior. TAB’s DC legal counsel has now developed a webinar to help managers understand how best to cope with a harassment complaint to avoid exposing a station to liability from complainants, accused employees and shareholders.

Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman attorneys Scott Flick, Rebecca Rizzo and Aimee P. Ghosh will present the 75 minute webinar on Tuesday, March 20, at Noon (Central). The program is offered free of charge to TAB members.

New staff hiring/assessment tool
TAB is now offering member stations a suite of hiring and behavior analysis tools to dramatically improve your hiring process, enhance employee motivation and communication, increase retention and support most of your specific developmental initiatives.

The Omnia Group’s assessment profiles provide access to job database “targets” with more than 100 general and industry-specific positions.

The new service is offered to TAB members free of charge, with a limit of two reports per station or station cluster each year.
