TV stations: Update SESAC per program license form released

TV Music License Committee reports that the SESAC per program license form has been updated. 

If your station is electing to use the SESAC per program license and has not turned in your station’s form, click here for the updated form.

You do not have to send in another form if your station has already elected the SESAC per program license.
