From mastering the art of framing your ideas and asking powerful questions, to leading up with value and building cross-team relationships, you’ll learn how to inspire action, earn respect, and make things happen — regardless of your role.

Each day includes:
- A quick Action Step to practice in real life
- A Reflection Question to deepen awareness
- A Team Tip to spark group discussion or team growth
By the end of the challenge, you’ll have built your own Influence Plan — a personal framework for leading from any seat with authenticity, empathy, and impact.
