posted on 7.29.2024- Aug. 7-8 Event at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Round Rock
The broadcast and digital media industry’s leading technology vendors will have their latest gear on display at the 2024 TAB Show Aug. 7-8 at Kalahari Resorts and Conventions as Texas broadcasters gather for the second largest industry gathering in the country after the enormous NAB Show in Las Vegas.
Thanks to the support of numerous sponsors, including SONY, Ross Video, Quu, XPERI, and the Texas Army National Guard, TAB can keep the event affordable for both full conference delegates and trade show-only attendees.
The show floor is open Aug. 8 from 9 AM to 5 PM. It features 125 exhibit booths displaying some of the most trusted, reliable and innovative equipment and software for broadcast, film and digital media production, including some AI-driven tech that’s already utilized in the production ecosphere.
Delegates registered for the TAB Show can attend at no additional cost and take in the distinct content offerings for managers, marketing teams, and engineers and IT professionals operating in a multi-platform world.
Industry professionals can access just the show floor for $60 and take advantage of the free parking offered at the site. TAB membership is not required.
TAB SHOW – EXHIBITS, CONFERENCE, REGISTRATION, HOTEL
This is the first TAB Show slated for Kalahari after several years in notoriously congested downtown Austin.
Attendees coming from the airport or driving on I-35 from north or south of Austin can hop onto the 130 Tollway for the fastest route to the show.
Golfers take to the links early on Aug. 7 at Forest Creek Golf Club, an easy drive from Kalahari, which also offers a wide range of fine and casual dining options on-site.
Guests can choose to extend their stays a day or two with spouses or family to enjoy the arcade, water park and other offerings at Kalahari, renowned for its “business in the front, party in the back” personality.
