TAB has arranged for an informative end of year webinar to review the FCC’s complex political broadcast regulations, just in time for the beginning of the 2016 political season.
This special two-hour webinar takes place on Thursday, Dec. 17 from 1-3 pm CST (12-2 pm MST).
That’s exactly one month before the March 1 primary window opens on Jan. 16, 2016.

Baker and Oxenford will cover a number of topics related to the FCC’s political broadcasting regulations. Topics covered include lowest unit rate, third party issue advertising, reasonable access and equal opportunities, sponsorship identification and public file requirements.
