Sold-Out Exhibit Hall for 2021 TAB Show Aug. 3-4

- Registration Opens, Public Service Entries Due May 7

Technology powering every element of the Radio and TV industry, from remote broadcasting and Next Gen TV to all-digital AM and more, will be on display at the sold out, 100-booth exhibit hall anchoring the in-person 2021 TAB Show.

The event is slated for Aug. 3-4 at the JW Marriott in Downtown Austin.

Exhibits at the Trade Show are SOLD OUT.

Contact TAB to be added to the waitlist.

Ever since COVID forced the cancelation in 2020 of the largest state or regional broadcast industry event in the country, vendors and broadcasters alike have been checking in with TAB to prep for its return.

Registration opened May 3 with no increase in fees from 2019 and a host hotel rate of just $129/night, far less than the $205 charged in 2019.

Session topics and presenters for the sales and marketing and technical programs will be announced in the coming weeks.

Public Service Award Entries Due May 7
One of many celebrations held during the TAB Show honors stations for their exemplary community service. Stations have until May 7 to submit their entries for the Bonner McLane Public Service Awards.

Six Radio and TV stations, grouped into small, medium and large markets, will be honored. Each award is accompanied by a $500 cash prize.

COVID Precautions
Despite increasing vaccinations and waning infection rates, the JW Marriott is taking extensive precautions in the form of enhanced cleaning of public spaces and guest rooms, sanitization stations, and housekeeping request hotlines.

TAB is planning for meeting room limits below the allowed occupancy levels, eliminating buffet service for food and beverage events, redesigning the delegate check-in process, asking registrants to sign a health and wellness waiver upon registration, and providing face masks.
