RMLC, SESAC Reach New License

The Radio Music License Committee and SESAC have reached a new license agreement for 2019-2022.  Terms of the settlement require individual licensees represented by RMLC to go to SESAC’s licensing portal to execute the new license and submit their CY 2020 annual report by Sept. 23, 2020.  SESAC could impose penalties for failure to comply with the deadline. 

Note that operators who had not successfully opted-in for RMLC representation are not entitled to this license.
