Gest has more than 20 years of experience with sales, sales management and training.
She is currently president of Merit-Based Development, a company that specializes in developing the people who develop business.
Prior to forming MBD, Gest was senior VP of sales for a nationwide sales training organization. She also was the youngest general sales manager for a radio station in the country’s third largest market.
