Past TAB Chairman Hanszen Honored by Texas Bandmasters Association

Jerry Hanszen, owner/operator of KGAS-AM/FM Carthage, was honored in July by the Phi Beta Mu band director fraternity during the Texas Bandmasters Association annual convention in San Antonio. 

Hanzen was recognized for his contributions to, and promotion of, Texas high school band performances.

KGAS provides live broadcast coverage and streams of UIL high school band competitions each year.

Additionally, Hanszen Broadcasting stations provide extensive coverage to area high school bands during the fall football season.
