Participating in the FCC TV spectrum auction? FCC advises to log on to FCC website before Jan. 12

The FCC’s Media Bureau has informally reached out to TAB and the other state broadcast associations to encourage those TV stations intending to file a Form 177 (to participate in the spectrum auction) by Jan. 12 to log into the FCC’s site now to ensure they have no problems accessing it when they need to. 

Scott Flick, an attorney with TAB’s FCC legal counsel, says the FCC doesn’t know of any problems with access, but wants to make sure that stations don’t try to log in on the last day only to find that they can’t and then miss the deadline.
