Nominations open for Texas Radio Hall of Fame

Voting is now underway for the Texas Radio Hall of Fame 2017 campaign.  It will run through the 31^st of July.  In November, the HoF will induct 15 individuals that have proven to be absolute stand-outs in their field.

This year, the Board of Directors is paying special attention to those who would be recognized in our "Owner/Operator" and "Spectacular Salesperson" categories, and they do every year, the HoF will recognize an outstanding and pioneering female with the "SAMMY" award.

"I would encourage you to visit the website, www.trhof.net and breeze through the pages, refresh your memory on how it all works, review the names if individuals who have already been honored, and then cast your votes," said Operations Manager Josh Holstead.

This year, the celebration event moves to the Texas Museum of Broadcasting and Communications in Kilgore, and there are already  discount hotel rates, and tickets for the event on the 4th of November are already on sale.
