Building Your Personal Brand – Led by Entercom Houston’s Sarah Frazier, the session features three more top-notch broadcast, non-profit and other business executives sharing the leadership techniques they employed to build their personal brands of professionalism and business success.

A wide array of management, sales and technical sessions also are slated, beginning with a powerful and inspirational opening keynote Aug. 1 by broadcaster Derron Steenburgen.

Small market Radio broadcasters will see an extended focus on strategies for expanding their coverage of local high school sports to boost revenue and strengthen their ties with school districts.

From podcast publishing and all things IP, to navigating the Spectrum Repack and preparing for ATSC 3.0, engineers and technical teams will have a packed schedule when not meeting with vendors.
