NAB presents new DTV spots

The National Association of Broadcasters will release six new DTV Action Spots highlighting the DTV transition on Thursday, July 24, at 1 p.m. EDT.

The feed will run approximately 30 minutes.

This new round of DTV Action Spots will include the first celebrity DTV spots, as well as an animated spot in multiple versions highlighting the benefits of digital television.

The half-hour, standard definition feed will include:                                                               

• Fully produced 15- and 30-second spots, in English only ? the first celebrity DTV spot
• Fully produced 30-, 25/5-, 15- and 10/5-second animated spots
• Spanish language versions of the animated spots
• Split tracked audio

All spots are closed-captioned. A format and timing sheet for these spots is available at www.dtvanswers.com/formats.
