ICA donates $1M for Hurricane Harvey relief efforts

Investment Corporation of America and its Team Members are donating one million dollars to help with the relief efforts for those devastated by Hurricane Harvey.

ICA is the parent company for My Country 107.3, Classic Rock 104.5 and Planet 102.3, all in Corpus Christi.

Investment Corporation of America is owned by John and Carol Bushman. ICA has businesses in several of the affected areas, including ICA Radio in Corpus Christi, the MCM Eleganté Hotel in Beaumont and A-1 Homes in Victoria and Splendora..

According to the Bushmans “We are extremely concerned for our team members and their families in these areas. We are praying for them and all our Texas neighbors who are going through this devastating situation.”

The Bushmans and the ICA team are asking other individuals and businesses in the Corpus Christi area to give whatever they can afford to the relief efforts of their choice.

Checks can be made out to the Red Cross of America and delivered or sent to ICA Radio at 615 N. Upper Broadway Ste. #105, Corpus Christi, 78401. Donors will be recognized on-air.
