Future Texas Broadcasters: $29,000 in Scholarships

Texas college students pursuing journalism, engineering or marketing careers in Radio or Television broadcasting can tap up to $29,000 in scholarships for the 2021-22 school year. The online application must be completed by April 1^st.

Eight scholarships of $3,000 each will be awarded to students pursuing undergraduate degrees. Seven of the scholarships are open to students at any school, while one is reserved for students at the University of Texas at Austin and another is reserved for Texas Tech University students.

Three are open to juniors or seniors only, one is open only to freshmen and sophomore students. The others are open to any eligible student.

The Ann Arnold Scholarship awards $5,000 to a junior, senior, or graduate student pursuing a career in broadcast journalism.
