First Lady to keynote Business Meeting

Texas First Lady Anita Perry is set to keynote TAB's Annual Busines Meeting.

Mrs. Perry will speak promptly at 2 p.m. regarding the statewide effort to restore the Governor's Mansion.

Preliminary board ballot now in your mailbox

This week, TAB mailed the preliminary ballot of candidates to fill the vacancies on the TAB Board of Directors (via regular mail) to all members.

Nominees in your membership category will be listed on the ballot you receive at the Annual Business Meeting.

-- TAB's Business Meeting is scheduled for 2 p.m. on Thurs., Aug. 7 at the Renaissance Austin Hotel.
-- You must be present in order to vote.
-- Only one vote may be cast for each set of call letters or Associate Member firm.
-- Additional nominations may be made on the floor with the nominee's permission.

Pioneers: your election will be held at the Annual Pioneer Club Dinner (Wed., Aug. 6 at 7:30 p.m., Wedgwood Room, Renaissance Austin).
