FCC Noncomm Educational FM Application Window Opens Nov. 2

The FCC has issued a public notice to remind parties interested in an upcoming filing window for new noncommercial educational FM stations. 

The applications for construction permits window opens Nov. 2 and closes Nov. 9. 

The window is for frequencies in the 88.1 through 91.9 portion of the FM band.
