Scott Flick of TAB?s FCC legal counsel, Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, will go over the new FCC Ownership Report (Form 323) that must be filed in December. Learn what?s different, what?s the same and clarify some of the details you may have heard about the new form in the trades.

David Donovan of the Association for Maximum Service Television will be on hand to explain proposals by the head of the FCC?s national broadband policy effort to reclaim TV broadcasters? spectrum and re-deploy it for mobile broadband use.
