Congressional Committee takes up Performance Tax

The House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday will conduct a "mark-up" on legislation creating a Performance Tax. 

A Performance Tax would siphon $136.5 million from radio stations in 2009 alone, based on the most recent estimate.
