A recent survey of 1,000 retail clients found that 62% of those surveyed said that their radio sales person did not understand the client’s business.
Even worse, 68% said that their radio sales person did not understand advertising.
Today, it’s more important than ever before that we understand the world of our clients.
We must get beyond the surface needs analysis questions and dig more deeply into their needs. We need sophisticated questioning techniques.
This session will focus on what kind of questions we need to be asking to uncover:
- What problems are our clients facing?
- How do those problems affect their business?
- How do the business problems affect our clients personally?
As we direct the conversations with our clients, the answers to these questions will lead us to high-dollar sales!
