Broadcasters Mourn Loss of Tim Thomas

Longtime Texas broadcaster Tim Thomas passed away after a battle with cancer. He was 59.

Thomas spent 40+ years in the radio business, working in Killeen-Temple and the Rio Grande Valley.

He spent the last nine years as the Market President for the iHeartMedia stations in Beaumont.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity in Thomas' name.

He was a supporter of St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105 and the Humane Society of Southeast Texas, P.O. Box 1629, Beaumont, Texas 77704.
