Broadcasters Mourn Loss of Mike Carr

Longtime Texas Broadcaster Mike Carr passed away on May 19. He was 67.

Carr spent a majority of his career on-air in San Antonio and South Texas. He also was the owner/operator of KCWM-AM in Hondo.

He also was a gifted country music singer and songwriter.

Visitation will be held Monday, May 21, 2018 from 6-9 pm in the Hurley Funeral Home Chapel in Devine.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 22, 2018 in the Hurley Funeral Home Chapel in Devine with interment to follow in the Evergreen Cemetery with Masonic graveside services under the auspices of Devine Lodge #590 A.F. and A.M.
