TAB salutes Bonner McLane Award winners
posted on 8.12.2015TAB recently honored the outstanding public service contributions of six Texas radio and television stations.
The Bonner McLane Public Service Awards are named for TAB’s first executive director who passed away in 1987 after many years of service.
The awards were presented as part of TAB's 63rd Annual Convention & Trade Show, Aug. 10-11 in Austin.
"Texas broadcasters bring real change and meaningful improvements to their communities by working with leaders committed to improving the well-being of their neighbors," said TAB Chairman Roger Bare.
"No industry does more for Texas communities than local broadcasters, and we can be proud of that!"
