BMP promotes Landis

Mark Landis is the new vice president of English programming for Border Media Partners.

He most recently served as director of English programming for the company's San Antonio stations. He programmed JACK-FM San Antonio and created the new KTFM format (Rhythmic Hot AC hybrid).

"Mark's talents extend beyond music driven radio programming. With this promotion, Mark will utilize his experience in radio, television and the recording industry to team up with a talented group of professionals charged with transforming the company's audio, video, mobile and online content," said Jeff Hinson, BMP's president and CEO.

BMP owns and/or operates 29 radio stations in five Texas markets including San Antonio, Austin, the Rio Grande Valley, Laredo and Waco.
