BMP appoints new SVP/controller

Joan Leonard is the new senior vice president and controller for Texas-based Border Media Partners.

BMP owns and/or operates 30 radio stations in five Texas markets: San Antonio, Austin, Laredo, Waco and the Rio Grande Valley.

Leonard will oversee the company's accounting and financial reporting functions. Her previous broadcast experience includes positions with Salem Radio Network, Susquehanna Radio Corp., and Cumulus Media Partners.
