Biennial FCC Ownership Reports Due This Fall

The FCC’s Media Bureau has issued a Public Notice reminding commercial and noncommercial broadcasters of their upcoming obligation to file 2021 biennial ownership reports on FCC Form 323 or 323-E, respectively.

The broadcast ownership report filing window will open this Friday, Oct. 1.

All reports must be submitted by Dec. 1, 2021.

FCC Online Training Available

To assist filers with this biennial obligation, the FCC will host an online public information session on Oct. 5, at 1:00 p.m. ET.

The FCC said the session is designed to assist both novice and experienced filers.

No prior registration is required.

The Media Bureau’s staff will present an overview of FCC Forms 323 and 323-E, and FCC staff will respond to questions raised by online attendees.

The Oct. 5 live stream will occur on the FCC’s web page and the commission’s YouTube page.

Online viewers may submit questions to form323@fcc.gov  during the presentation.

Please type “Info Session” in the subject line for all e-mails related to this event.

Those who cannot join the information session live on Oct. 5 can view it later via the Commission’s YouTube page.
