Nominations are due April 17 for Texas broadcasting’s most prestigious honors recognizing stellar leadership by industry veterans and rising stars alike, as well as the coveted Radio and TV Station of the Year.

They’ll be presented on closing night of the 2026 TAB Show Aug. 5-67 at Kalahari Resorts and Conventions in Round Rock.

Five awards are on tap for the trailblazers, mentors, and leaders of tomorrow, including:

• Pioneer of the Year
• Radio Broadcaster of the Year
• TV Broadcaster of the Year
• George Marti Award for Engineering Excellence
• Jason Hightower Award for Broadcasting Excellence (One Radio, One TV)

VIEW PAST HONOREES

Whole station awards include:

• Radio Station of the Year
• TV Station of the Year

There’s no charge for submitting entries but they must address the specific criteria and questions laid out for each award.
