TAB will present a free TAB member station webinar on Wednesday, Feb. 9 at 1 PM CT to review the FCC’s television license renewal process. There have been some changes since Texas television stations went through the previous license renewal cycle in 2014, such as the FCC dropping the requirement of pre-filing license renewal public notices and transitioning renewal filings to the FCC’s Licensing and Management System.
TAB’s FCC counsel, attorneys Scott Flick and Lauren Lynch Flick of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, will brief TAB member television stations on what to expect and will provide tips on filling out Form 2100, Schedule 303-S, Schedule 396, and the Broadcast Employment Program Report.
