P1 Plus Seller Success Program
The P1 Plus Seller Success Program is a proven, 10-year online sales training curriculum designed to take new sellers from rookie to ready in just seven weeks. Built specifically for broadcast and media sales professionals, the program provides structure, accountability, and real-world application to help new hires gain confidence and productivity quickly.
Each enrolled seller completes a focused training experience that includes:
- 1-on-1 coaching with P1 Learning trainers
- 40+ online video courses with testing and assignments
- Live weekly training and guided discussions
- EEO Prong 3-approved coursework
TAB is proud to support your station by offering four fully funded sessions of the P1 Plus Seller Success Program each year. These sessions are designed specifically for new hires and developing sellers, providing the confidence, structure, and practical skills needed to succeed in today’s competitive sales environment.
Through TAB’s investment in sales training and workforce development, sellers may participate at no cost to the station (a $685 value per participant).
