Now, we’re launching a new initiative to dramatically reinvent our approach to digital marketing and advertising

The Position: Digital Content Creator for KSAT Sales  

We are looking for a digital story teller who understands how to create compelling branded content – written, graphical, & video – that increases brand awareness and brand visibility thus driving demand generation and enhancing audience engagement across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate blends their PR, photography, videography, and writing talents into a channeled fountain of marketing creativity. We’re looking for someone eager for the challenge (aka. EXCITEMENT) of working on a digital team that values innovation, collaboration and creativity. If you love storytelling for the digital age, have a great writing style, a unique digital ‘voice’ and are inherently curious, we want to talk to you.

The Digital Content Creator will capture, design, and develop multimedia based layouts, graphics, animation, video, sound, and content for use in social media, presentations, video productions, multimedia programs, websites, and other electronic media. We’re looking for a digital marketing artist who can apply their gifts to a wide range of clients and industries in ways that “move the needle” and accomplish specific business objectives – a person who utilizes technology to squeeze a lot out of a little.

Responsibilities:

Work with sales department to develop marketing content that achieves client goals and objectives

Write, edit and coordinate original, and curated SEO optimized content that addresses our business objectives and vision

Ability to work on tight deadlines and shifting priorities;

Analyze content performance to understand user behavior and push toward continuous content improvement

Write, edit and coordinate content for event promotions, including e-mails, print pieces and related internal and external marketing materials

Shoot, Edit, & Design Digital Content to create a unique ad message and long-form video specifically for the web that drives specific brand objectives and promotes user sharing

Researching content opportunities and needs based on internal/external factors and emerging trends

Qualifications:

Cross-channel understanding (Website, Mobile, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram), Digital content mining (research), Copywriting (long and short form), Content planning

Mastery of digital marketing tools and platforms

The successful candidate will be incredibly detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple concurrent projects on different timelines, and with a collaborative focus

Proficient with image-editing software such as Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML5 and Flash

Video shooting & editing skills

Knowledge of best practices in regards to content creation and digital layouts;

Proficiency with social media platforms and best practices

Exceptional writing, editing and communication skills rooted in marketing and advertising excellence

Knowledge of SEO principals/implementation, HTML5, and Flash
