We’re the kings and queens of the Hill Country airwaves, and we need someone who can turn the volume up on our sales game. If you’ve got the gift of gab, a knack for closing deals, and a love for all things radio, keep reading!

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

Woo local businesses like the charmer you are and turn them into loyal advertisers.

Sniff out new sales opportunities like a bloodhound on a mission (but, you know, in a professional way).

Be community focused and enjoy being involved in the community.

Craft advertising solutions so brilliant, they’ll leave our clients saying, “Shut up and take my money!”

Smash those sales targets like you’re playing Whac-A-Mole at the county fair.

Team up with our programming and marketing gurus to create campaigns that are as effective as they are awesome.

Stay on top of industry trends like a hipster barista on cold brew coffee.

What You Bring to the Party:

A background in sales, ideally in media, advertising, or radio (but hey, we like surprises). We are willing to train the right person!

A solid understanding of the Hill Country market—bonus points if you can name more than three BBQ joints off the top of your head.

The gift of gab, with negotiation and presentation skills that could sell ice to a Texan in winter.

The ability to juggle multiple tasks like a circus performer (minus the clown shoes).

A track record of not just meeting but absolutely destroying sales targets.

A love for radio that runs deeper than the Guadalupe River.
