- Lifetime Achievement Award: George Marti
- Pioneer of the Year: William J. “Bill” Carter
- Broadcaster of the Year: Ben Downs, Bryan Broadcasting / Acceptance Speech
- Associate of the Year: Dirk Johnston, NBC-Universal Television Distribution
- Educator of the Year: Dr. Ed. Glick, Univ. of North Texas
