Austin AWRT hosts DTV panel

Nearly 100 broadcasters attended AWRT Austin’s March luncheon on the DTV transition.
The “What You Need to Know about HDTV” panel featured perspectives on the DTV transition from several Austin station representatives:
- Danny Baker, general manager of KTBC-TV (Fox)
- Mark Dunham, director of engineering for KXAN/KNVA-TV (NBC, CW)
- Dusty Granberry, director of broadcast operations for KEYE-TV (CBS)
- Luis Patiņo, general manager of KAKW/KBVO/KTFO-CA-TV (Univision, Telefutura)
- Patti C. Smith, general manager of KVUE-TV (ABC)
TAB Vice President Oscar Rodriguez moderated the event.
