FCC adopts new DTV education rules

The FCC on Monday adopted new rules on educating consumers about the DTV Transition.
In response to comments by TAB, other state broadcast associations and the NAB, the rules include two options for commercial TV stations.
Under both options, TV stations will have to report their activities regularly on Form 388.
The first report is due April 10.
