TAB is providing free TV and radio feeds with no restrictions for station use:
- Stations can run the debate live, on a tape delay and use portions in newscasts
- The feed also may be used for streaming on station websites
- The television feeds also feature real-time Spanish translation and closed-captioning
CANDIDATES: Former Houston Mayor Bill White; Texas businessman Farouk Shami
FORMAT: Hour-long debate, no breaks. Debate will start at 19:00:00 CST and end at 19:58:30 (approximately)
PANEL: The debate will be moderated by CBS 11 News Anchor Karen Bortawho will also take questions via social media. KUVN-TV Univision 23 Reporter Maria Renee Barillas will host questions from voters in the live audience. Questions also will be posed by panelists Shelley Kofler, KERA-FM-TV and Dave Montgomery of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

INTERNET: Live streamed video of the debates will be available at www.TexasDebates.org. Stations are free to use the feed to stream the debate live on station websites and for archival viewing.
ON-SITE COVERAGE: Media check-in is through the loading dock on the west side of the building. The candidates will conduct a post-debate question and answer period with the media. Limited, clean anamorphic 16×9 feeds are available on-site and should be reserved in advance. Online reporters should bring their own XLR audio and BNC video cables. Internet access will not be provided. Reporters must supply their own satellite cards.

CREDENTIALS: Media credentials are required. Reservations should be made in advance no later than 12 noon, Friday, Feb. 5. Doors open at 1 pm on Monday, Feb. 8. All media should be in place by 6 pm. Media access to the event is on a first-come first-served basis. Priority will be given to media with reservations and affiliated with organizations that regularly produce news.
