Job Summary/Description:
NewsChannel 10 and Telemundo’s Sales Assistant work with our energetic team to support the team and the hundreds of clients we help monthly. Organization is a must and a high level of Microsoft Excel experience and mastery is desired. The Sales Assistant works with the sales team and directly with the management team as well to manage projects and input data for record keeping. This is an office position and has opportunities to work on community station events from time to time. Join our team and work hard and play hard.
Duties/Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Prepares Reports by collecting and analyzing information for digital reports
- Weekly/Monthly revenue reports to include aging, revenue analysis, Cash in Advance and other data entry as assigned
- Work with customers as assigned to ensure orders are in correctly and run correctly
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and interact with all personnel within the organization
- Effective time management and ability to meet multiple deadlines
- Detail oriented
- Successfully work in a fast-paced environment
- Support DOS, LSM, and Digital Sales Coordinator
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 2 Years of administrative assistant experience preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
