Job Description	JOB DESCRIPTION: KLTV, ABC Affiliate in Tyler, Longview Texas has an immediate opening for a Senior Account Executive selling broadcast TV airtime and special promotions. Responsible for meeting or exceeding sales goals. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: College degree preferred. Minimum three(3) years Sales, Media and/or Marketing experience. Minimum of two(2) years Media Sales experience within the broadcast industry. Internet Sales experience a plus. Must have measurable track record for developing business with existing account base and new clients. Also must have exemplary problem solving skills. Computer skills required. Working knowledge of and ability to understand Nielsen rating book. Must demonstrate abilities in ?teamwork?, general people skills, superior negotiation skills, and demonstrate an ability to develop account list. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Present proper Sales appearance. Must be able to lift and carry audio/video equipment. Must have a valid driver?s license, good driving record, and a vehicle in good operating condition.
