Job Description
CBS Radio Dallas has an immediate opening for a Sales Administrator. Duties include but are not limited to executing daily needs for sales managers and sales staff, including entering overflow contracts for the traffic department and working the bump spots report. Work on creative sales proposals as well as daily needs for sales staff. Prepare and submit expense reports, P&L?s, P.O.'s for sales managers as well as pull various management reports for managers via the CBS Traffic System, IBS. Excellent telephone skills and computer knowledge with proven proficiency in PowerPoint, word processing, photo shop a plus. Demonstrated proficiency composing written communications. High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day to day duties. Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented. 3-5 years previous work experience that includes customer service or sales support background. 2 or 4 year college graduate preferred.
