Waco Entertainment Group is searching for a Programmer with a superstar mentality and attitude who has the ability to make their mark on their market no matter the format. Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to: •Plan and oversee all on-air programming and production. •Meet with programming and sale staff to brainstorm, plan and execute marketing, promotions and image campaigns. •Evaluate programming available from distributors, syndicators, and independent producers to recommend acquisitions for broadcast. •Prepare and perform on-air shift, remotes and appearances as required. •Develop and coach on-air staff by performing air checks. •Audition and hires talent. •Monitor and evaluates music selected on the station. •Schedule staff for on-air shifts, remotes, and appearances. •Prepare budget for programming department. •Directly supervise employees in the Programming department.
